It is now a business imperative for employers to look strategically at employee mental health and wellbeing.  At Suicide or Survive we work with organisations to support them to create an open culture around mental health so it’s ok to talk about mental health at work.  Changing organisational culture requires a top-down and bottom-up approach and a commitment from all involved to breaking stigma both internal and external.
