Dervila McGarry

Dervila is Head of Marketing at McKesson Ireland, which includes  United Drug and LloydsPharmacy. For the past five years she has been leading the multi-disciplinary Marketing team with responsibility for Brand, Digital, Ecommerce, and Marketing communications.

Dervila has over 20 years’ Marketing experience across many global FMCG brands including Aer Lingus, Glanbia, Love Irish Foods  and C &C International, and for the past six years has been a Board member of the Association of Advertisers in Ireland. In 2019 and 2020 she was placed in the Dynamic 100 by Irish Pharmacy Sector for her health development initiatives for LloydsPharmacy and Customer engagement strategies for United Drug. Outside of work, she is kept busy with her four children and two large dogs.

Jessica Norris

Over 20 years as an experienced consumer marketer and business leader, Jessica is the Marketing Director for the local marketing team at Irish Distillers (part of Pernod Ricard global), known for global drinks brands such as Jameson Whiskey and Absolut Vodka.  She has been with Pernod Ricard for 14 years, leading large and diverse teams across Australia, UK and for the past 6 years in Ireland. During which time she has gained extensive experience across marketing, strategy, sustainability, design, insights and innovation. Prior to Pernod Ricard she was agency side across various Consumer Insight and Media agencies, with a degree in both marketing and Human Resources.

Aoife Davey, Head of Marketing Dublin Zoo

Aoife has an exceptional 20-year track record having played an instrumental role in growing the One4all business from a start-up to a multi-million-euro business that is now a household brand in Ireland and a market leader in the UK.

In 2019 when One4all were acquired by Global Fintech company BlackHawk Network she took on responsibility for a range UK gift card products, marketplace ecommerce sites across EMEA and the launch of the One4all Gift Card in new European Markets.

Aoife thrives on working with people to make change happen and is proud of growing a brand a team from inception. She is passionate about CSR and has initiated, driven and lead some great CSR initiatives including One4all Shop4Crumlin.

Since Feb 2022 Aoife has taken on the role of Head of Marketing for Dublin Zoo and will be playing a key role in bringing their ten year vision to be a conservation organisation of national and global impact to life.
