"Positive Leadership - connection is key" is a program whereby we learn through actual real life examples of the difference between negative and positive leadership and the impact this has on teams, businesses, profitability & productivity.

Positive & negative energy spreads either like a disease or harmonious cohesive cohort of people who operate at optimum levels.

This talk encourages managers to look beyond the KPIs and consider the human element and how their actions impact on colleagues in both a personal and professional capacity.
