Barbara Lynch, Managing Director
Has over 15 years experience in development and delivery of a wide range of business skills courses, she brings to this her twenty years knowledge and experience gained within the sales sector, seven of which are at Sales Management level in Golden Pages. A key part of Barbara’s role as sales manager was in training and on-going coaching and support of both reps and sales teams. Barbara’s personal passion and commitment for training and coaching inspired her to set up her own training and coaching business.

Barbara is supported by a team of Associate Trainers all expert in the development and delivery of Business Skills Training and Executive Coaching. We deliver Training Programmes across all levels within a business, from front line staff through to management. We customise and deliver in-house courses to organisations all over Ireland. As well as training we work on a consultative level with many clients assessing current team performance, putting training/coaching/monitoring programmes together to ensure maximum results are achieved.
