Our 5-day Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is extremely popular. It runs throughout the year in Dublin and online as live virtual classroom training. We have dates available almost every month.
This course gives you a solid introduction to Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. It focuses on taking you through the stages of the DMAIC Cycle used to implement Lean Six Sigma process improvement. You’ll gain knowledge of what is required to work through each stage.

Step 1: Attend our Green Belt Training
Our 5-day Green Belt Training covers everything you need to begin work on your assessment.
During this time, you’ll absorb a lot of new knowledge. We provide access to course materials for your assessment work period.
Step 2: Assessment Work + Self-Directed Learning
Following training, you will have 8 weeks to complete both self-directed learning and your assessment work. These are closely interlinked. Your trainer will help to prepare you for this study and assessment work.
Step 3: Grading + Quality Checks
Once your work is submitted, it will be graded. To ensure a truly fair grading system, your work goes through a series of quality checks.
Step 4: Achieve Certification!
Congratulations! Once you have successfully passed your assessment, you are a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
