Managing Diversity in the Workplace Training

As a result of attending this training course, participants will increase their knowledge of equality and diversity, understand the key types of discrimination and the legislative context and develop an understanding of the advantages of an equality agenda. You will gain the skills to promote diversity in the workplace and the know-how to avoid actions in the workplace that may cause offence. This course is designed to help participants to reflect on their attitudes and behaviour in relation to working in a diverse environment.
