Course Content

This one-day Introduction to Project Governance is based on recognised best-practice as defined by the Project Management Institute Body of Knowledge 6th Edition (the PMBoK), Managing Successful Projects (Prince2) and by commentators such as Harold Kerzner, Ralf Müller and Ross Garland.

The objective of the course is to help public servants understand the theory and practice of Project Governance to help deliver long term value to organisations and citizens.

Project Governance is led by an experienced project manager and trainer. Approaches used during the class include presentations, discussion groups, and group exercises.

This is a one-day course that will run from 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on scheduled dates. It is in person at the IPA in Ballsbridge, Dublin D04 TC62.
