Failte Ireland are running a series of webinars to assist businesses selling to the domestic market. The first one, Consumer Insights and Trends for Tourism Businesses,  kicks off this morning at 10.30am.



As businesses move beyond the initial reopening and relaunching phase, it is important to look ahead and devise plans that will drive demand in September onwards.

This is the first in a series of two tailored and tactical webinars created to help businesses navigate the ever-changing consumer landscape and leverage all available opportunities in the market. In this live broadcast, Jill de Azevedo, Head of Consumer Planning and Insights at Fáilte Ireland, will share insights and latest trends on consumer sentiment and behaviour as your business prepares to move into September and beyond.


This webinar is being offered as part of a suite of supports linked to the COVID-19 Business Supports Hub developed by the Enterprise Supports team at Fáilte Ireland. While registering below for these events, you will be invited to submit up to two questions for each session.

Please complete your registration before 11am on Monday August 17th. Jill de Azevedo Jill started off her career in Consumer Insights and Research both on the supplier and client. She has worked in a number of global businesses across the world and held senior, regional and global Consumer Insight Director roles in companies such as Coca-Cola, Cadbury, J&J and Yum Foods.  She has won multiple awards for her work in consumer insights and is passionate about ensuring that the consumer is kept at the heart of business decisions. 


In Fáilte Ireland she has been working on establishing a new CP&I team, driving research and insight excellence and collaborating with the various divisions on the impact of these insights. Helen McDaid — Helen is an experienced tourism development professional with a strong operational background as an international hotelier. Her current role is in Fáilte Ireland’s Enterprise Supports Unit whose top priority is to develop and deliver an extensive range of business supports to assist Ireland’s tourism and hospitality businesses, re-open and recover from the impact of COVID-19.
