Step 2 – 5 Days: Book Your Place & Attend Training 

Once you have booked your spot on this Green Belt training, you’ll receive a welcome letter with all the information you need to get started.

Training takes place over 5 consecutive days. This course is a balanced blend of practical and theoretical learning.

There is always plenty of theory to be covered on a Lean Six Sigma course. They keep the training delivery engaging with interactive discussions and exercises. This helps to cement the learning and build your confidence with Lean Six Sigma tools and approaches.

Step 3 – up to 8 weeks: Assessment Work
