Maynooth Green Campus is inviting participants to take part in an engaging and interactive Circular Economy Collage Workshop as part of Green Week 2026.
Taking place on Thursday, April 2 from 10:00am to 1:00pm at Maynooth University (Library Training Room D, Level 1), this three-hour session offers a practical introduction to sustainability concepts in a collaborative setting.
The workshop explores how traditional linear models of production and consumption are reaching their limits, and encourages participants to rethink how resources are used. Through a hands-on, science-based approach, attendees will examine real-world issues such as waste management, overconsumption, recycling, and the value of reusing and reconditioning materials.
Designed to be accessible, interactive, and thought-provoking, the session invites participants to work together, share ideas, and better understand how circular economy principles can be applied in everyday life.
Whether you are new to sustainability or looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop offers a valuable opportunity to engage with key environmental challenges and explore practical solutions.
