Sales Training

In today’s highly competitive market, all businesses need to completely confident in the ability of their staff to effectively handle leads and enquiries. The contribution that the sales team makes to any company’s performance is essential to making sure that incoming customer leads are effectively converted to sales. Being better than competitors and increasing profit is crucial to any business development plan, so the sales team is a fundamental element of any business, and has to have well-trained staff.

This online course consists of 8 modules:

  • Time and Territory Management for Sales People
  • Using Market Information for Sales
  • Prospecting for New Business
  • Preparing and Delivering a Sales Presentation
  • Sales Pipeline Management
  • Understanding Influences on Buyer Behaviour
  • Handling Objections, Negotiating and Closing Sales

When studying the course we also advise that students go through each module at least twice to make sure they have fully understood what is being presented.

The course will take around 15 to 20 hours to complete and can be studied at times to suit you. We recommend that you study the course in one of our training centres and then you can also do some revision from home when it suits you. All our training centres offer flexible study sessions, meaning you can take it at your own pace.
