However, there are potential serious downsides to running virtual teams and these include poor communication, issues with technology, the exposure of poor leadership and management engagement, poor working conditions for staff members and poor productivity.

Managing Virtual Teams Effectively is a one-day online course that aims to help those responsible for managing remote teams to effectively engage with individual and teams, develop and agree appropriate goals and maintain and improve team productivity.
