Most people move into project management sideways. You run one project well, then another, and eventually it becomes the job. The formal grounding tends to arrive years after the responsibility does.
The Institute of Project Management has been closing that gap since 1989, training over 50,000 professionals and more than 500 organisations. Thirty of their programmes are currently listed, including:
· PMP Passport (35 PDUs)
· PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner
· IPMA Levels A to D
· Certified Project Management Diploma, 15 ECTS at EFQ Level 6
· Project Leadership & Management Diploma, EFQ Level 7
· Shorter CPD days in Scrum, sustainable project delivery and AI project management
Classroom in Dublin 2 or online, from 7 to 42 hours.
