Introduction to Buddhism - The basic tenets of Buddhist teaching are straightforward and practical: nothing is fixed or permanent; actions have consequences; change is possible. Our Introduction to Buddhism courses are run at two levels. Level I is aimed at anyone who wants to learn more about Buddhism in general and how we practice it in our particular western context.
