Pat Sheridan - Management Issues

Pat Sheridan is the Corporatetraining.ie management guru. In this section you will find a series of articles tackling a variety of management issues in a clear and highly readable style. Pat Sheridan has spent nearly 30 years working in HR management in the engineering, healthcare and chemical manufacturing industries for American, French, British and Japanese multinationals. In addition, he has worked as an industrial relations consultant with IBEC. He has lectured in HR Management in UCC and now runs 1 Stop HR Limited (www.1stophr.ie), which provides HR and industrial relations services to businesses.
